Started by Phil Spark to be a no nonsense language lesson and International Education partner/operator/provider. 

Outside English exists to find solutions for language learning from lessons and courses to finding teachers and instructors to improving your academic offerings and thinking and starting or improving your operations as well as providing Young Learners Travel Study packages in collaboration with quality providers.

Having grown up internationally and worked as well as lived in many countries, Phil has a unique perspective that is very open to solutions for all.​

Some past projects: Operational management of multiple summer schools, academic teacher training and new school development  in Belarus and Libya. Language teaching, management and consultancy for over 20 years in multiple countries.​
